is this a good build?

Which country in particular? Just wondering, as when I switched PCPartPicker over to the Euro-based options, that particular motherboard's price dropped off (I'm assuming because it wasn't available), & for a few of them the RAM price disappeared as well.

Not too bad overall. The only complaint I have is why you picked a mATX motherboard when you're using a mid-tower case. Mid-towers will fit a full ATX motherboard, which not only gives you more upgrade options later on but also tends to keep the parts farther away from each other (which is better from a cooling perspective). And, from the cost perspective (https://de.pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/#s=33&f=2&c=133&sort=price&page=1 shows the German-sourced ATX B450 boards)...

Only other complaint might be the size of the SSD. Again, for a little bit extra you can get a Kingston SSD with at least twice the storage, if not more, for maybe an extra 20 euros or so (https://de.pcpartpicker.com/products/internal-hard-drive/#m=23&t=0&i=25&sort=price&page=1).
