My friend asked me for help on a PC build. He wants to be able to record his game play off of his Xbox, be able to edit video, maybe stream, and just overall use it and maybe play games. He wanted it to look relatively decent and fairly cheap but no more than 1000 USD.

$1,000 build needs a SSD, better quality PSU, MB that can update the BIOS without a CPU (needed to use the 3600) & dumped the CPU cooler as the stock one is very good.
