Hello guys its me again i have made a new list based on your opinions about the last one.
Tell me if this is a good build, just dont say anything about the cpu and the motherboard, im trying to reuse my old computer.

What are you actually asking here?
Can you pair a 1650 Super with an i5-6400? Sure, of course you can. Solid enough pairing.

Is it "good", really depends on your definition. Is it "good" in the grand scheme of things.... well, no. Is it "good" in the confines of reusing an i5-6400 etc.... yeah, solid little system for very little money (if you already own the 6400 etc).
