Im upgrading an old pc so the things ive changed are the psu,gpu and cpu cooler.
It used to have a 970 and a old coolermaster cpu cooler and im getting a new psu because ive had it for 5 years and dont want it to explode with a new gpu.

Honestly I would avoid the i5's, the Ryzen 5 3600 is faster per clock, has twice the threads, is cheaper, and can also overclock. The same goes for the vanilla GTX 2070, the RTX 5700xt beats it for less. If you're going for a 2070, go for the 2070 super as that is about 8% faster than the RX 5700XT, but it does cost more. I've put my changes to your list below.
