Im just wondering if this is a good build and that if there are any parts that would be better or such as save me money. (i also want to keep the white theme)

MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX MOTHERBOARD ATX
Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 16gb 3200 White
Samsung 860 QVO 1TB SSD
RTV 2060 Super Founders Edition
Corsair 275R Airflow Case
Corsair RM750x 80PLUS Gold, 750w Fully Modular
I am also thinking of replaying the Fans that came with the case with Corsair LL120 LL Series RGB

the 750W psu is overkill, even for overclocking. You should be fine with a 550-600W psu
