Everything else is compatible except the motherboard.

I would recommend Asrock Z68 Extreme 3 Gen3 or Asrock Z68 Extreme 4 Gen3.

And for PSU you might want to consider 750W choices from Corsair, PC power & cooling and XFX as well.

i replaced the motherboard with the
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
i also replaced the psu with a
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power ...

Other than possibly getting a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB for the HDD, I think that is pretty much the bang for buck build atm.

And it allows for 560Ti SLI by símply tossing in another 560Ti.
