Great card and that price is awesome. It's 258ish usd and typically goes for about 330 - 400 here.

Just so you know the GTX 760 and GTX 770 are out, so if you lucky you can find GTX 670 on sale, great card for a great price.

Zotac is a Nvida partner and is just fine. The card should be able to handle anything you throw at it. 8gb is all you need for gaming and both AMD CPUs should be okay and have turbo modes of 4.1GHz and 4.0Ghz respectively.
