is this a good card?

im am looking to buy a used http://www.gigabyte.us/Graphics-Card/GV-N980WF3OC-4GD-rev-10-11#ov for about £180

i am also looking to replace my psu, I have ordered https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MSSIO90/ref=pe_3187911_185740111_TE_item.

will 550w be enough for the card and 8gb ram, ssd, i5 3570k.

I know my cpu bottlenecks the card a bit so i might have to oc it a little

The 980 is a great card, especially for that price, however the video card recommends a 600w. Going with a 550w may be cutting it close. Also the 3rd gen unlocked i5 shouldn't bottleneck the 980 too bad, I'd say they are a good pair. It all depends on the games you play honestly.
