Silverstone makes good cases.
If it is good for YOU depends on what you intend to put inside it and what the pc will be used for.

It looks alright, but remember as this is a very small case, you will need a compact SFX PSU

If you don't absolutely need ITX, id suggest a Maxt board, standard ATX PSU, and a micro atx case. It will be much cheaper and not a toooon larger.
