Thank you!

Yes. All should fit.

The problem is rx580 is too generic...unless you have a reference model card. Really the only reason you don't just buy a reference card is many of the other brands have better or quieter coolers. The do this by putting bigger radiators and fans on the cards which tends to also make them bigger. So you have to look up the exact specs for your card.

My guess is it will fit but you really should always check just to be 100% sure.

What abount this CC560 is it a better case for the money, will this be able to fit posible gpu upgrades (rtx3070/rx6650xt)

It is hard to say "better". If you just mean airflow you likely will have to try to find reviews of the cases you are interested in.
Generally the more fans and the more mesh you have the better the airflow. Problem is airflow is not some single number so you can't compare results other than someone who tested multiple cases at the same time.

What fits is actually pretty easy now days. Almost all cases will list the maximum air cooler height and the maximum video card length. You just have to find the number for the equipment you want to put in the case and the number for the equipment you are interested in. Problem would be is if you don't know exactly parts you are going to buy in the future you would need to get some general ranges of say how long the various brands of video cards and then buy a case that can take the longest one.

Minimalism. You must be a minimalist. No DVD drive. If you need to use a CD or DVD you have to buy an external one. Is this what you wanted for all your needs?
