Question is this a good cinebench r20 score?

I'm reading benchmarks of similar systems they seem to get high than me with same cpu. I noteced my 2700 doesn't boost to 4.1ghz on all cores only in certain single threaded games,

specs:
ryzen 2700 (no overclock)
gigabyte b450
16gb ddr4 @ 3000mhz
rtx 2060s
1tb ssd
corsair rmx 650w
