Is this a good combo for 1080p gaming?

Is the Intel core i3 6100, NVIDIA GTX 1050 and 16GB RAM DDR4

It's a good budget combo but you can save money and get the G4560, its performs nearly identically to a 6100 at about 1/2 the cost.

In CPU heavy games either CPU will limit fps but should be good for 40+ fps.

You can put the money saved by getting a G4560 into a 1050Ti, it will give much greater gains than a 6100

Yes you can run most of the modern games at med to high settings an achieve 30-40 fps on gta 5 on high
