Is this a good combover Arma 3

Will the AMD X4 965 BE @ 4.3GHz and the EVGA GTX 650 Ti Boost 2gb handle ARMA 3?

Your system meets the requirements for ARMA 3 and according to GameDebate, you should have good frame rates and good resolutions available with that configuration

You will be fine. I would think that using high settings should be good as well. Ultra settings might be a stretch. Try it and back off as needed.
