Budget price still the same, the reason is that the 7770 msi is sold out, still with 650 gtx you'll get much more performance than the apu and it comes with 2 games (assassins creed 3 +1)

it seems okay for light gaming. I don't know much about computers compared to other people on this forum but that seems like a good apu according to linustechtips. You can over-clock it too so if you can afford a better cooler than that would be a great feature. It is direct x 11 so that is good too. I think the apu might need a higher ram clockrate though according to something i read though. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come around and take a look at your build.
