Is this good for a gaming computer, and how will it run in 5 years or so, if i take good care of it.... And can it play LoL with highest grapics

I warn your against getting two different packs of RAM. This is highly un-recommended as mixing RAM sticks, even of teh same speed and manufacturer is a crapshoot.

That is massive overkill for League, even five years from now.

Better to get two 8GB sticks of RAM.

This is complete overkill for league, my 600 dollar tower in my sig gets 300-400 fps max settings 1080p.

I unselected the solution for you at your request. Your build is good. Im just not sure why you need to run league at 2000 fps.

Well i wanna make videos maybe, and or stream... And i want it too be future proof

You can run all of them for the next few years with no need for an upgrade.
