I have already posted this question before but I have made a lot of changes...

I already have the case, power supply, storage and going to purchase the memory today (unless someone says to get a different one) so you can't really say anything about those. (As in to get a new one)
I'm deciding which monitor to get so out of the 2 on the list if you could tell m which would be a better buy.
And if any of the parts I can get better for cheaper or around same price then go ahead and tell me.
Also if you know of any green LED fans that are good (because the one on the list I don't know if it is good or not).
Last thing, the motherboard I just saw it was sort of popular (and didn't feel like looking any longer for one) so I just chose that, if there's one thats better for the i7 4790k for cheaper or max $120 then please tell me.
