Is this a good computer to play minecraft-Rust-Unturned-and Gmod?

if it is, will they run on high, med, or low. if not, what will i need to upgrade? or is it a waste of my money? i kinda want to buy it tomorrow so please be detailed...Merry Christmas.

It's fine for minecraft, but I would suggest having a dedicated graphics card if you want to play any other games.

In it's current state it will not run most games. (except minecraft and such)

EDIT: I would recommend getting a r9 280 or above graphics card. or if you can a gtx 970, but its a little bit expensive.
