Is This a good Console Killer for under $1000?

I wanted to know if this is a good console killer under $1000 INCLUDING a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. All of the parts can be changed but NOT THE CASE because the computer is not for me so use the same case as in my build.

For the amount of money you're spending, your CPU and GPU are way under powered. $250 on a case is just stupid when you are buying an AMD APU and a GTX 950. What are you thinking? Are you going to be looking at the case all day or the monitor? For $1000 you could have an i5 with a GTX 970 that would kill your build completely. You need to rethink this again.
