Is this a good CPU upgrade to Ryzen 1600?

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (not the X)
Mobo: ASRock - A320M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Ram: Corsair - Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory

I already have a case (micro atx), 450 watt power supply (might upgrade soon), and GTX 1060 3gb Zotac Mini graphics card. I have a 1TB HDD Blue and a 525gb Crucial SSD. I will be playing at 1080p mainly though I will get a GTX 1070 instead soon for 1440p gaming.

Would these parts be a good CPU upgrade bundle? Is there a big difference in ram that is 2666 MGhz vs 3200 MGhz? Can the motherboard I chose overclock? Not really necessary but would be nice doubt I will OC. I just want 4 ram slots in case I need more ram later on and m.2 because soon I plan on getting an M.2 SSD so I can be on SSD only storage.

Does the Ryzen 1600 CPU cooler have RGB? Are there any cheap RGB coolers? Don't mind an air cooler but I might get an AIO eventually for a 8 core CPU upgrade later on.

Only problem is that I have to stick with micro atx motherboards.

A320 boards are pretty crap. And you can't OC on them.
You can get a budget b450 board for very nearly as low a price as a A320,
Get 3000 or better ram if you can.
The price difference from 2666 is normally quite small.
Also a decent B450 board, ( not the cheapest one you can get). would easily handle a 3rd or 4th gen Ryzen in the future, just bios flash and drop in.
Thus giving you a good upgrade path in the future.

Most 450 watt psu's are also pretty crap.
Put a decent one on your short list.
