Everything looks fine. Many people will prefer an intel build at this level as they don't create as much heat and are more powerful.
For the 8350, the Hyper 212 doesn't cool it as well as others. I would suggest the NH-D14 or the h100i; you should only need 2 extra fans instead of 4 this way to.

The last thing, is the monitor you picked, It's a TN panel. They are rather old tech and an IPS is much better. I have a TN and a IPS monitor side by side right now and it's easy to tell the difference in quality

Asus make affordable IPS monitors and I prefer them, but there are lots of good brands
