Is this a good custom gaming PC build?

I stumbled upon a website called SuperBiiz and they build custom pc's. I'm making the switch over from consoles and want to know if this is a good deal. Please look at the build before you urge me to build a computer myself. It costs 740 dollars.

I agree with the MSI part, this is my second time trying to build a pc; the first time a used a msi mobo but ended up just returning all the parts.

I don't however agree with avoiding 1333 ram. The FPS difference in games from 1333 to 2133 is about 1 or 2

Not from what I've seen, also 1600/9 6-8GB is the accepted entry level for today's computers (even on the pre-built boxed HP, Compaqs, etc....and most builders I know don't even bother w/ 1333 - my rigs, be they gaming ow work all start at 1866 DRAM
