I was wondering, for a PC that cost $750+.

-AMD FX-8300 Vishera 8-Core
-4.2 GHz
-6GB GeForce GTX 1060
-16GB of DDR3 memory
-600 watt Power Supply

Is this a good deal? I also wanted to know if eBay user like this are trust worthy of buying off gaming pcs from. They seem to have good pcs for insanely cheap prices that sound to good to be true.

I really want this PC for early February 2019 but I'm pretty paranoid buying a PC off of eBay.

$750 is about $500 too much imho.

Trash motherboard, what is most likely a junk grade PSU, and a CPU that wasn't all that good for gaming when it was released 6 years ago.

Example of a better build for ~$750
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ($159.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Gigabyte - UD PRO 256 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($36.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Hitachi - Deskstar 7K2000 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive...
Terrible PC. Here's a small piece of advice, save your money right now, once you've got 900$ check back here and build your own PC.

Three PC you listed is only worth it's GPU, which is the 1060-6gb, but that cpu in there is so old that it came even fully utilize that GPU, so whatever! Skip it and get something that won't be obsolete next year.

Thanks for the helpful answers guys. I've heard about the outdated motheboard, witch explains the price. I changed my mind on getting the PC anyway. Especially since the seller won't message me back and the jack hole just increase the price from $735 to $799 plus added $25 tax. So it's a no go either way.

Im not looking to buy /build a $800-$1000 pc. The highest I'll go for is $760

I'm going to see if there's anymore good deals on eBay, if not. I'll just build my own PC. I'm new to building, so it'll take some time for me to get a hang of it and time and patience is something I don't have at the moment lol.

What about this custom built pc?

It has..

-motherboard: Intel LGA 1155
-intel i5 3570
-3.8ghz
-6gb GTX 1060 Nividia GeForce
-16gb of DDR3 ram
-500w power supply
-price $749

It's ok, but the list Bignastyid posted is way better, and brand new, and cheaper.
That i5 3570 machine still a very old and expensive PC though. PCs that vintage might last for years, or die in a couple of months, and you have no comeback.

There are shops that will build to order and some are very competitive if you don't want to build it yourself. Find one and see if they will match bignastys list.

edit: an alternative is go cheap and new - like a 2400G and just use integrated graphics. You can add a graphics car later and even this budget CPU is better than either of the options you found. Even with a graphics card added
in and a fee for someone to build it you should still end up paying less and it'll be new.

Considered on building or finding someone to build it for me. So in your opinion guys. Is a Amd Ryzen 3 1200, 1400 and Ryzen 5 1600 better than the Fx 8350? I might get a Ryzen 3with a 3gb GTX 1060. Is that a good combo? Or terrible?

Ryzen is way better than any FX.

CPUwise, a Ryzen anything crushes the FX.

What is your overall budget for this?

Ill check out that link in a bit, looks like an interesting guide. (I'm looking around) I'm trying to stay at the 700$ region, but 760$ is the highest I'll go. Is a AMD Ryzen 7 & 4GB Radeon RX 550 a good combo with an added 16 ddr ram good?

Not a good combo from a gaming stand point. GPU is too weak.

Yeah I figured the RX 550 maybe a little weak in the GPU department but that Ryzen 7 1700 is something im highly considering getting. I figured that RX 550 would make a good temporary video card to get till I decide to upgrade later.
