Is this a good deal for a used rig?

Hello all I just bought this rig used and was wondering what you all think if its good or bad.

Q6700 w/ some thermaltake cooler
Asus p5n-d
4gb g skill pc 6400
2X western digital caviar in raid 0
2X 9600GT
DVD lightscribe
Crappy Cheap case

All this for $300 but NO POWERSUPPLY

I have my olderone which ill be able to run 1X 9600gt in the meanwhile while i get another PSU.

yes it is but with all that stuff in it you'll want a better case like a CM 690, 590 or Antec 300.

look for combo's in cases +PSU so it comes out cheaper. Make sure the ATX is right for the board ot M-ATX
