Question Is this a good deal for an i7 8750h rtx 2070 laptop used?

It's an Asus Rog strix scar ii with 16gb dual channel 8gb X 2. 144hz 3ms 1080p display. i7 8750h rtx 2070, 256gb ssd and 1tb hdd for £800/£850?

That is a very good price for those specs - so long as the machine is in good condition.... Buying new a i7 9750H + RTX 2060 setup is going to run you at least £1200, probably more like £1400 with a 2070

Should I be worried about the new rtx super laptop GPUs being released soon?

I don't think so - they are the effectively the same gpu's just nVidia are dropping prices a bit (so a laptop that would have had a 1660ti will now get a 2060 and so on).

The new 2070 Super Laptop part is ~ 10% faster than the 2070 Laptop version:

There won't be a big upgrade until nVidia next gen parts are released.
