Is this a good deal for gaming desktop ?

I've been looking to buy a new gaming desktop to be able to play on high or close to high settings on today's modern games. At most I was willing to spend from about 900-1200$. I don't really know much about all the specs for computers which is why I came here.

I found one I am interested in, but would just like to ask everyone here if it is a good deal for the price?

It's an i Buy Power and costs $1,199.99

Processor- Intel® 3rd Generation Core™ i7
Speed at 3.5 GHz

16GB of RAM ddr3

1TB hardrive

Graphics- Nvidia GTX 560
2GB dedicated

700 Watt power

GA-B75M-D3H motherboard.

Thank you for your replies. I also know that building your own would always get a you a better deal, it is just too much of an inconvenience for me to find someone to build it for me. And I'm afraid I would buy incompatible parts, etc.

Also, it doesn't have to be completely max settings.. I just want to be able to play games comfortably for next couple of years without going to low settings.
