Is this a good deal?

I might be buying a computer off of craigslist very soon. He claims that he built the computer in March. The seller wants $950 for the rig and this is what it is.

Seems way to good to be true, but when people need money, they need money. I would be very cautious and ask some simple questions like, where did you buy the processor or where did you buy this item. You can read a person and can tell if it's actually his and not stolen or something. It would be sad to have it taken away for evidence. I hope it's all kosher and you get it. He said that he's leaving for the military in 2 weeks so he needs to get rid of it asap. Hope he's being upfront too, I'm gonna check everything out when I go there.

I didn't know if you mean the 630 or 820 case and what color, so I just put Black 820. Great deal for it though if he's legit.
