Is this a good deal?

So I am looking at upgrading one of my monitor for gaming, was looking at a 144hz monitor online but it will cost me about $340 after taxes and everything (Canadian Dollars), I then found this monitor in the local online classifieds: http://victoria.craigslist.ca/sop/4831357907.html
I'd like someone to assess the monitor and let me know if it's a good deal or not. If it is I'll most likely pick it up.

Even with the scratch mentioned? I just want a nice gaming monitor, but I am at a financial state where I can't afford to shell out $350 for a new monitor. I am currently using 2x 24" Samsung 1080p 2ms monitors each with 60hz refresh rate. If I grab this BenQ monitor I'll sell one of mine for about $125-140 or so.

Oh, yeah. In the states, the cheapest 120hz monitor will run $240 new, and BenQ monitors are not cheap.
