IS this a good deal?

A great deal IF everything is all relatively new and usable.
Also, where are you getting them from?

This is the price if you get everything brand-new:

Corrected it, thanks.

Well, if they are all working properly and have no problem whatsoever that's a great thing. Can he also give you any warranty on them?
If yes, i'd say it's a nice deal to go with. As you would pay some considerably more money if went all brand-new pieces.

Just make double-sure in every single piece and you'll be good-to-go

imho you should at least consider that a brand new up-to-date Kaby Lake setup will cost you about 100 bucks more.
Then you could decide if the risk to go for used parts in the core of your new rig is worth.

Go for it then, if everything work fine you'll have a great set paying very few for it ^^
Cheers 😀

I know how you feel,
Where i live we have the same(or more) abusive taxes, the 1080 here is about $1000 😛

Go for it, if everything's okay will won't regret a bit.
