Is This a Good Deal?

That is $460 Canadian, which is like $350 USD ish. They sent pics of the PC working too. Is it too good to be true?

I wouldn't say "too good to be true" but I'd say it was a decent deal. If you do get it, I would seriously consider buying an SSD and install Windows on the SSD while using the 1TB drive as storage.

It looks like a fair deal; not great (it's generations old and an even stronger graphics card may not help it much), but it isn't a "bad" deal. If you have no inclination to build a PC yourself, you could do a lot worse.
