(please post the full URL don't use shorteners)

After hours of research, I have come up with one single system, and I need a second opinion before I buy it. I will be using it for a degree in Software Development, I needed it to be Windows for the programs used and needed it to be touch to take down notes via a stylus. Unfortunately, my local market is limited in terms of options, and even when searching through amazon and eBay, everything seems to be out of stock. I could not find for example stock for the HP Envy x360, HP Spectre x360, Lenovo Yoga C940 & Dell XPS 13.

Can anyone please tell me if the system linked is a good deal, and if not maybe a suggestion of a system that is a good deal and is available? Many Thanks.
