I am thinking of buying a new system from a company name ATIC, www.ATIC.ca. I am not sure how good of a deal their Athlon system is the specs are below with the price in Canadian dollars. Could someone let me know if it is a good deal or not. I don't like the MX card, but I would upgrade that after I got the system.

Not bad... but if you are not going to be happy with the video card... why not buy a package that comes with the one you want? To put it in perspective... that system would cost about 500 to 650ish to make yourself, assuming you had to buy everything new, and depending on the cpu you went with. Upgrade the video card and add let's say 100 bucks to the price...

To sum it up... when compared to most on-line stores, those sound like competative prices....IF you are happy with what is inside it... if you feel like you're going to want to put more ram in it and change the video card, you might want to reconsider.

What are some other good online stores that might offer a system comprable to what I have listed above but with the Radeon 9000 Pro.

Nostalgia isn't what it used to be. 😱
