Is this a good deal?

I need a good GFX card that won't break the bank. I was about to order this, but when I went onto Newegg tonight it was sold out :-\

So, I found the card linked at the beginning and was wondering if it's a good deal.

My PSU is a 430W Thermaltake, and my mobo is a GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L.

I went ahead and ordered it. I figured anything would be better than my current 7600GS (256MB RAM). I can always return it if I don't like it.

Until ATI steps up their Linux Driver game, I refuse to buy an ATI card. Their drivers for Linux are just TERRIBLE. Although, I could probably live w/o them if I needed too and if I don't like this card, I can return it and get the 4670 (or a different ATI card).
