Is this a good enough setup to get 144+fps in overwatch

Hello, I am planning to build a pc and plan to play a lot of overwatch. I want to play on a 144hz monitor but i was wondering if the setup im planning to build is good enough to get a stable 144+fps in overwatch. Here is the link to my future setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mz6XGf

If you want to run at 1080p, 144hz, AND without giving up high quality settings in games, you might need a stronger gpu such as a GTX 1070.
