Is this a good fan splitter?

Hello, I wanna get more fans on my PC but my mobo doesn't have enough fan headers. That would work though you don't want to overload your motherboard with fans. A fan controller is a good way to control all your fans and have a place to connect them all easily.

That looks good but it is a bit too expensive for me, I mean, my motherboard has 3 fan headers so I think I would be fine
