Is this a good fast gaming PC?

I really waned an alienware.. but it costs a lot my budget is only 500 - 600.

No. there is no graphic card in that pc so it doesn't really count as a gaming pc.
Don't get Alienware, its overpriced.
Try custom building your own pc, you get more choices to choose from and most of the time, better for your money.

I tried that on part picker and it was too much I wanted the gtx 750 ti and i7 and i had to set up a motherboard and everything ended up 850 dollars.. can u help make me a good gaming pc that isnt too much? Budget is 500 to 600

You don't need an i7 for gaming. An i5 is fine.
