is this a good first build

In about 15 days im getting a new pc.Im new to pc building,honestly 10 days ago i didnt even know what it is.I went through a lot of research and got my first pc build.My budget is about 850 dollars and Im going to use the system for 1080p gaming and maybe stream a lil bit.Im looking for advices about the build,pc building in general smile.gif also i wanted to ask if i will need more 120mm fans for the build sory for the long text.thanks in advice.My build consist of :
cpu-fx-8320
mobo-gigabyte ga970-ud3p
gpu-msi gtx970
ram-kingston hyper x fury 8gb(2x4)
hdd-seagate barracuda 1TB 7200rpm
psu-FSP-forton S 550W 80+silver
corsair spec-01
additional fans:zalman cnps5x,arctic cooling f12 pwm

Yes you can go fully retarded overclock interms of ghz on that cpu, but obviously cooling plays a big role in overclocking. Slightly overclocking would be a piece of cake for the cpu.:)
I would def recommend you getting a closed loop liquid cool. The installation process is as hard as an aftermarket heatsink. Low-end closed loop might not be any better than an aftermarket heatsink, but it can benefit you in less heat production inside the case. High end closed loop can give you the possibility to overclcok. If you go with this option, you dont need additional fans. as long as you have cable management and good stock fans air flow, you will be set in terms of cooling. Other than that, everything looks good.
 
i dont think i would be able to fit it in my budget...im pretty sure im going to get it in the future also thats what i wanted to ask on will i be able to overclock slightly with this build.
