Personally, I'd recommend dropping the 4x 8GB kit and getting a 2x 16GB if you REALLY think you need 32GB. 16GB is sufficient for MOST gaming systems regardless of what games they are running. A 2x 16GB (Or 2x 8GB) kit is going to be less stressful on the internal memory controller, will be much more likely to run at it's full speed and probably less expensive as well especially if you go with a 16GB kit. If you NEED 32GB, then by all means, get 32GB, but for MOST users 32GB is never going to be used unless they are running high end professional applications or virtual machines.

The rest of it seems fine. If you are building this yourself I'd be sure to first check the model of the memory kit against the memory manufacturers validation...
yes, its a very good setup, Also when u r spending so much , dont get that wireless adapter, get the netgear A7000 usb wifi adapter... And also u can go for a good air cooler instead of that corsair h60 such as the noctua series... As the new architecture for gaming is going more towards faster storage drives, so spending a little and getting a 1 TB ssd m.2 nvme drive will be a better option and no need for that costly seagate hdd, just get a regular 1 tb hdd for storage...

The rest of it seems fine. If you are building this yourself I'd be sure to first check the model of the memory kit against the memory manufacturers validation list, which is the G.Skill memory configurator, Corsair memory finder or Crucial memory advisor (Other memory manufacturers don't have similar validation tools) in order to make SURE that the memory kit is fully compatible with THAT specific motherboard.

Also, unless it's ABSOLUTELY necessary that you connect via WiFi because of where the system is, you would be wise to try and figure out a way to connect via ethernet, which is always going to be faster and more stable. For now at least, that could change at some point down the road, but it's unlikely.
