Is it prebuilt?
You can get better for that money.
Not the best PSU.
Mediocre motherboard.

Solution

It's a start, but we have a few problems....
First off, it's clear you're using some sort of site that will build your PC for you, like cyberpowerpc or ibuypower. I would NOT recommend this. For one, some of this stuff is unreasonable, depending on your price point. For example, take the "Professional Wiring". It's not like you're going to be spending a lot of time looking at the PC, so that extra cash is going to some cable sleeves that will never be seen. The same can be said for the light bar, and the engraving, but unless you're really set on getting them, there is no point.
This is a common problem with these sites. They are designed to make you spend extra cash on stuff you don't need.
The second big issue is the price of the build, in comparison to the GPU and CPU models. If you're shooting for a 1000 USD budget, you can do much better then a 8320. If you'd rather stick with that processor, a 380 is very, very excessive.

As always, I recommend building your own PC. You save money, it's not difficult, and a lot more gratifying then buying one. If you'd like, I can send you some links to guides on building one. In addition to this, if you give us a budget, I'll come up with a parts list that will be much better fit for you. I'll just need to know what you need included (Windows, A Mouse/Keyboard/Monitor, etc.)

I hope this has been helpful, and let me know if you have further questions :)
