Not a bad budget build. Sizzling has a point, but I'm guessing 16GB is outside your budget? If not, then I'd go for 16GB at this point. One question, you have a skylake setup. Is there a reason you're not going for a Kabylake setup?
It's good, id go for 16gb RAM as its highly recommended to buy RAM as a matched set. A few games are starting to benefit from more than 8gb. The games you list only need 8gb but best to give yourself headroom for the future.

Apart from that the next upgrade would be an ssd. Although it won't help fps it really makes your pc feel so much more responsive. However you don't need to buy one now.

I did mention I'm buying 2 8GB sticks . I already have the i5 6600 , that's why.

Ah gotcha, the way it was phrased in your original post made me think 8GB total, not 2x8GB sticks. Since you're already on Skylake then yeah it looks like a good build. If you budget allows for it, an SSD would round out the build very nicely.

You need a micro-itx compatible cabinet. Size varies alot, so you have to decide if this is a small or medium size case you want to end up with. If you decide on really small case, you have to be aware that your GPU actually fit in there. But mostly you'll be fine with any micro-atx board.
Personally i would not go too cheap on cases. A good tight silent airflow goes a long way in my book, but on a budget its not an important aspect. Most people i know that buy on a budget, buy the cheapest cases avaliable

In terms of basic sizes, you can use anything rated as an Micro ATX and larger. Without knowing your exact your video card, it's hard to say exactly since each model has a different size. I'd go for something that gives you at least 11 inches (280mm) of room for the GPU. What's your budget for the case? The cost is as big a determining factor as your size requirements.

About INR 5000 (around USD 75)
Looking at this one - http://www.amazon.in/Corsair-CC-9011050-WW-Carbide-SPEC-01-Mid-Tower/dp/B00I6BJATW?_encoding=UTF8&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_2&smid=A3RBXHK5VHQNUA&th=1

It's a little tight when building but it's not bad. I'd also look at this one
http://www.amazon.in/Corsair-Carbide-CC-9011075-WW-Computer-included/dp/B00RORBQNW/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1490171123&sr=1-2

It doesn't have the red led in front (not sure if that matters or not), but it does have two USB 3.0 ports in the front instead of just one USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 port like the one you linked.

Ether one should be fine from Corsair. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Circle or Enter which seem to make up a lot of the budget cases in India, so I can't say what would be a good pick. With any of those, I'd look for a high star rating and high number of reviews in the rating.

Either way you go, I'd also recommend picking up another 120mm fan so you can have one intake in the front and one exhaust in the back.

As for monitors, whats your budget?

Im looking at the Benq Zowie XL2411 . So preferably something in that price range(INR 24k)

Also the Case that u linked seemed to have issues with air flow (Reviews). Is that true? Because people seem to be satisfied

The monitor looks good for a budget model in to 1080P 144Hz gaming. The main complaints I've seen are the colors need calibration out of the box and lack of a Display Port. But DVI Dual Link can handle 1080P 144hz, as can HDMI 1.3, so it's not really an issue here. HDMI 1.2 and lower only support 60hz so don't get them confused.

As for the case, yeah I can see it not getting quiet as good airflow as the Spec 01. The one I linked I believe draws from the sides of the case so it won't be as easy to breath, but as long as your set with an intake and exhaust you'd likely be fine unless your in a very hot part of the country. If you are, then I'd go with the Spec 01 and make sure to add fans to it so it breathes as well as it can.

It looks to be pretty good but i went for a rx 480 gpu because of the vram being 8gb and less money as you can see in my build https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYqcjpvjgfI
