Is this a good gaming build and is it future proof enough for around 4-5 years.

I am looking to build a new gaming computer that can also do a bit of video editing. I have a budget of $1600 Australian which equals to around $1215 us. I also want to know if the AMD Ryzen 1600 (not the x) can be overclocked to around 3.9 ghz with the provided cooler, if it can't would it be better to buy a 1600x with a after market cooler or to just get a different cooler for the 1600. Can i please get some recommendations on any changes that i should make to this build.

Extra info:
parts cost extra in Australia
I want to get all of my parts from this store: https://www.centrecom.com.au/buildpc

Here is my build on pc part picker: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/chDdcc

With ryzen you really need faster ram to make the processor run at its full potential. Check the motherboards supported ram and if it has something like 3000mhz get that. At the moment ryzen can support up to 3200mhz ram. A cheap cooler like a hyper 212 evo would let you to overclock it to match the 1600x.
