That's a sound build that mate. Are you planning to over clock the CPU? Also I'd recommend a bigger wattage power supply, might save you some money in the long run if you get a 2nd 750 or a bigger card.

That is not a good build for gaming. You chose a H87 mobo which means no i5 overclocking, so why are you getting a overclockable i5? Save money and get a low end i5 and put more money into the GPU.
