if you have a local micro center they do have better cpu prices. on your gpu read up on the new ati 300 there dropping soon and there also the new titan x.

I recommend a better quality power supply, 80+ gold or platinum. That 295X2 will draw some serious power, at 850W you're gonna need very good efficiency.

I'd also change your ram. I think Ripjaws is tall enough to clash with the CPU cooler.

And I'd get a 1000W PSU for the 295x2 eg evga supernova 1000W G2
