As the question states above I am buying a new gaming computer and I want to have a good price to performance computer. I also want it to be future proof as i am not going to upgrade soon.
By the way I live in Canada

Cpu: Fx 8320 or Fx 8350
Cpu Cooler: CM hyper 212 evo
MotherBoard: Asus M5A97 R2.0
Case:CM Storm Scout 2 Advanced
PSU: Rosewill Capstone 750 watt(non modular) gold certified
Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue or black
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaw x series 8GB or G.Skill Sniper 8GB (same price here)
GPU: Geforce Gtx 770 (I can pick Between the Zotac AMP!, Asus Direct CU 2, Msi Twinfrozr OC, PNY triple fan cooler or the Gigabyte windforce 3x OC.) or should i get a gtx 760
Fans: corsair High Air Flow series 120mm

Peripherals:
Mouse: Gamdias Zues
KeyBoard: Tt eSPORTS Poseidon
Headset: Steel Series Siberia V2
Monitor: Asus VS229H-P 22inch 1080p IPS screen

This whole computer and peripherals are about 1500 in total so if you have any suggestions and i want to keep it as cheap as possible.

Thanks in advanced

Solution
take the fx-8350, the WD black, the gtx 770 from asus or msi if you prefer quieter operation,

with that you will be all good and by taking the 8350 and 770 over the 8320 and 760 you will have better future proofing.

wow thanks for the replies so fast but i don't really need a gtx 780 for gaming. I prefer The AMD build because of current gen consoles. and i think ill buy the MSI gtx 770 because it is the cheapest card 365 and the ASUS is 380 on newegg which is mostly where il buy part

You want it to be as futureproof as possible, so you're going to get lesser performing parts? That makes no sense at all lol
