Is this a good Gaming Computer?

Found a gaming pc I can get for 600 are these specs good for the cost of 600 or would I be loosing out on money?

ehh. for an apu, you cannot max out most games , maybe only run medium to get 60 fps or lower. i would try to go for a different build.
