Is this a good gaming computer?

Is this budget gaming PC good? I'm saving up to buy it. I have a EVGA gt 610 overclocked (going to be upgraded to a EVGA gtx 260 core 216 55 NM GPU or EVGA gtx 460) and a corsair 400 watt power supply. I'm going to upgrade the HDD too, and get a SSD. The processor I will get from amazon, because I've never heard of "NCIX US", and the motherboard I will get from amazon because it is cheaper and has free shipping

NCIX (Canada) and NCIX US are awesome. Have gotten some great deals from NCIX.
