Is This a Good Gaming PC? Any Bottleneck Issues?

So I've recently found a pc build and I was thinking about getting it. WILL THIS BE ABLE TO PLAY FAR CRY 4. It doesn't matter what settings, but I have been looking forward to it. I also play CS :GO and Smite. Thank you for your time.

PSU is massively overkill. 500W should be enough.

okay, well i might upgrade it later, thats why it is so much watts
