I need to know how well these parts will perform and if i need to cut anything out of the build to save some extra money. Also any deals on better parts or advice on a 4k pc.

Solution
An Extreme CPU is not needed 5930K is more than enough for a gaming rig.
R9 295X2 CFX would perform better than 980SLI in 4K although consume more power.

Dont bother with dual SSD's if you plan to RAID them, it doesnt see much gain and you may loose TRIM. Other than that, you really dont need a 1200W PSU, an 850W would be just fine and dandy.

The CPU is overkill, but if you want to go for it, then do so. But just a bog standard I7 4790k or the 5820x would run your 2 gfx cards on full bandwidth (which they wont use anyway).
