It's a decent build if the goal is 1080P gaming. As for the memory you can save money and get the Gskill as both kits should perform similar.

The CPU is quite outdated go with a Ryzen 5 3600 if budget allows, but wait till later this year,because Zen 3 and potentially new Nvidia GPUs will be released

Newegg.com has the Ryzen 5 3600 for $167 which is only $22 more than Ryzen 5 1600. Save your money on ram and put it into a modern processor.

Thanks for the idea but I found the Ryzen 5 1600 af for 110$ on amazon
And the shipping is expensive on Newegg where I live the 3600 is 166$ on amazon but it restocks on July 30
