Is this a good gaming pc build? I plan to play minecraft, dota 2, LoL, gmod, bf4, and crisis 3.

It would pass by Minecraft, DOTA 2, GMod, and that's it. You don't need 4 TB HDD, and you forgot a video card.

Ok I made edits (and added a 780 instead of a 750). I didn't change the. drive though bcuz I thought 120 gb was a little small. Is tht a wrong assumption? Keep in mind I have to keep cost below $1500

It'll be okay for the drive to be at 120 GB. All the 6 games should only take ~ 33%/40 GB of the space.
But since you asked, the drive is now a Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB.

Yes, the 780 would improve the performance. The price is still under $1500.
