You should be able to play recent games at 1080p at medium to high settings. Don't even think about ultra though. and get 2 4 gig memory sticks instead of 1 8 gig sticks so it can run in dual channel mode

i would probably go for gtx750ti instead of a r7 260x, and u should get a 2x8 gb ram
